Phil's passions drive his work. They include:
Phil earned his bachelor's degree in Engineering Science from The Pennsylvania State University; there Phil focussed on learning and applying fundamental mathematical skills to different engineering areas, and on developing strong programming skills.
Phil earned his master's degree in Quantitative Business Analysis from The Pennsylvania State University; there Phil was introduced to finance, marketing, accounting, organizational behaviour and business law, and learned optimization, statistics, simulation and research skills.
Phil earned his doctorate in Operations Research/Management Science from Yale University; there Phil learned additional probability, statistics, optimization and research skills.
Phil focuses his efforts on organizations where he can make a significant impact. Phil also teaches an Operations Research course and a Monte Carlo simulation course at McGill's School of Continuing Studies, and organizes and presents lectures at the Analytics Lecture Series sponsored by The Department of Quality, Evaluation, Performance, Ethics and Archives of the Integrated Health and Social Services University Network for West-Central Montreal.
Phil knows that by working cohesively with team members, the results are more than the sum of the results that would be achieved individually. Thus Phil works hard to work with others so that the whole team does better.
